By submitting an enquiry form via this website, you may be providing the following data: Name(s), E-mail addresses, Phone numbers and details of property. This data is requested in order to contact you and in turn arrange a site visit. You are not asked to provide property address details however this will be required for the arrangement of a site survey which is required to provide a quotation. 

This data may also be used eventually to process eventual payments. 

This data shall only be used for essential purposes related to the enquiry at hand.

Your data shall only be shared with third-party service providers in cases where the quoted job requires involvement with other contracting businesses. You will be notified before any of your data is shared with any third-party service providers. Only essential data shall be shared.

Your data shall be retained for a maximum of 5 years from the date of the final invoice being settled. You have the right to visibility of what data is held by Coat & Colour. You reserve the right to request deletion of data from our databases at any point after settlement of final invoice. If there are financial reasons requiring essential data to be maintained this will be communicated and the data shall be deleted at the earliest possibility once it is no longer financially required.
